Well these days we aren’t running from saber tooth tigers so whats with the anxiety? Well anxiety still has it’s place even today. It can help us in a crisis to react in a timely matter. The problem is, people with anxiety often treat everything as a crisis situation. The key to overcoming anxiety is overcoming the way you think.

You must learn to realize that everything isn’t a life threatening emergency.

  1. Buy a massage chair

  4. Go for a Walk

  6. Rent a funny movie, laughter can be an excellent way to calm your fears

  8. Go to the park and just swing. It is very relaxing pretending to be a kid again!
