John Eliot
Well these days we aren’t running from saber tooth tigers so whats with the anxiety? Well anxiety still has it’s place even today. It can help us in a crisis to react in a timely matter. The problem is, people with anxiety often treat everything as a crisis situation. The key to overcoming anxiety is overcoming the way you think.
You must learn to realize that everything isn’t a life threatening emergency.
