Most of the things that you experience when having a panic attack are imaginary. It may seem hard to believe but you create the panic.

If I had my life to live over, I would perhaps have more actual troubles but I’d have fewer imaginary ones.

By realizing that you are the one feeding the fire, you can start to take control of your fears. Panic is a vicious cycle that can be broken. When you start to have irrational fears you need to take action quick. Use Self Talk to tell yourself that these are “Thoughts only Thoughts”.
