Just do it!
It’s not just a Nike slogan, in fact it can be one of the best things you can do to get rid of your anxiety.
The more you give in to your fears the more powerful they will become. Sometimes the act of jumping in spite of your anxious feelings is exactly what you need to overcome your fears.
