Dogs can Reduce Stress

Did you know that research shows that having a dog can reduce anxiety, stress, and blood pressure?
Researchers studied nearly 80 heart failure patients, with an average age of 57, who got either a visit from a volunteer, a volunteer plus a dog, or no visit at all.
Anxiety dropped by as much as 24 percent for those visited by the dog and volunteer team, 10 percent for subjects visited by just the volunteer, and 0% for those who received no visit.
Coffee can cause heart palpitations and anxiety

Cutting down on the amount of coffee you drink can have a huge impact on your anxiety levels. In fact, the decision to stop drinking coffee can often be enough to stop panic attacks and other anxiety related symptoms inmost people.

Imaginary Fear

Most of the things that you experience when having a panic attack are imaginary. It may seem hard to believe but you create the panic.
If I had my life to live over, I would perhaps have more actual troubles but I’d have fewer imaginary ones.
