Talking your way into panic

The way you talk to yourself has a huge effect on your anxiety and can greatly increase your chance of having a panic attack. One of the best things you can do to help control your anxiety is to focus on the way you speak to yourself.

Become Aware of what you say to yourself, it is the key to turning your life around and pointing it in a positive direction. Believe it or not, talking to yourself is a positive way can help you hop on the road to recovery.

Your mind is a very powerful, not only can you talk yourself into feeling anxious you can also learn to talk yourself our of panicky feelings. Refocus your scary thoughts into positive self-talk. It will take some practice, but if you can master this skill you can start to overcome obsessive panicky thinking.
